Old laptop sony VAIO vpceb2e1r and vpceb3e1r . Installed ssd. Reading ~250. Record~180. Tried to put instead of sd-rum - the same thing. I think the old SATA2 interface. How to see?

These laptops are based on the Intel H55 chipset, which only supports SATA II.
And you can see it through HWInfo, for example.
