How to see what gets into the Raw input of the printer?

It is constantly required to test software for printing on receipt printers and label printers like ATOL BP 21. But the piece of iron is located remotely. This causes great inconvenience.
Question: are there any techniques for emulating RAW printing (to see at least what comes into the printer) under Windows?
Googling didn't help, or I don't understand what I'm finding.
Can you give me a hint where to look?
