How to see the number of installed bioses + oddities with the temperature of the processor?
Laptop asus tuf gaming fx505dt (ryzen 5 3550h processor, video card - gtx 1650 mobile). When I bought the laptop, the BIOS version was 310 (Normal, without bugs, errors, etc.). At first, I had to suffer with firewood for vidyuhi and percent, because. without them, the temperature in idle is 50-60 degrees, and with normal 40-50. Then, a month later, I decided to update the Visible from 1903 to 2004, the update also came out for BIOS 314 (which was removed from the site after a while, apparently it was so buggy) and I installed it. And with this update, at the start of Windows, the cooler immediately stopped spinning, but after a couple of seconds it started up again. I also installed new firewood for vidyuhi and percent.
Also, there were still problems with the temperature of the processor, when the prog was launched or the start of windows was opened, the temperature jumped by 10 degrees and the frequency of the vidyuhi also jumped.
I downloaded the previous version of the BIOS (310), reinstalled the firewood in a new way, also the past (normal), the problem with the coolers was solved, but the temperature began to jump when I opened the start of Windows.
I installed the 310 BIOS version again, but still the same. What to do? Oh yes, and one more thing, my 4k video didn’t lag before installing the 314 version of the BIOS, and now quad hd is slowing down. This is no longer normal, please help

And what about adjusting the speed of coolers in the BIOS itself? Have you tried setting them to values?
