How to see the mobile version of the site in the browser if the site is simply scaled?

Hello colleagues! I came across such a thing, there is a site:
new.tervolina.ru
it displays a mobile version from the phone, but in the browser when using developer tools it simply scales. And I need a mobile version through chrome, because I want to look at css styles, the site is well made. Never encountered such a problem before. I would like to know who and how gets out of the situation. Share your experience :)

@doctorcat

Change the User-Agent string and clear the site's cookies (because the site remembers the user's device when they first log in). Then you will see the mobile version.

Apparently, there is a definition of mobility by User-Agent.
It is not right!
In general - Ctrl + Shift + M (Opt + Cmd + M) in any browser, and if the mobile view of the site does not work, then this must be corrected in the server (back-end) code on the web server.
