How to see the entire script processing?

Good day, dear gurus!
The problem is this: I'm trying to understand OOP using the example of a CMS built on the MVC paradigm. But most likely I'm stupid! I can't figure out how the script is being processed. Which methods of which objects in which place and under what circumstances work.
Question: Is there any tool that would write to a file (or display on the screen) which methods of which objects in which place and under what circumstances work and what data is returned.

Проще настроить брейкпоинты в том же Netbeans или в Phpstorm, настроить остановку выполнения на первой строке и смотреть пошагово, что и куда.
