How to see external php requests?

Good afternoon. An open server is running on localhost. There is a script that sends requests to the outside world via curl. How to sniff these requests? There is no access to the source code, the script is obfuscated.

The issue was resolved by wireshark ohm, although not very convenient.
We write http in the filter, see requests that are of particular interest to us. When we find the IP to which we need to change to
ip.addr == ipAdress and http
