How to securely store personal data in the cloud with a password-protected archive?

I want to store my photos (20 GB) in the cloud, in a password-protected archive. I'm thinking of making a password-protected archive (20 GB) and breaking it into 10 parts. store the first part of the archive in another cloud
. Do you have any other ideas for reliable protection of information and is it enough for this archive to winrar with a password?

Keep 2-3 copies of the archive in different places in case of failure of any of the services.

Winrar 5 uses AES encryption with a 256-bit key, which is quite secure. Use a complex password. Encrypt including file names. It will not be superfluous to add information for recovery (in case of partial damage to one of the copies and loss of others).
Keep at least three different copies in separate locations. Cloud services are not a guarantee of safety, so keep several copies on physical media. For example, Verbatim claims more than 1000 years of storage for its BD-R MDISC discs , for other media, a media change is required depending on its type (usually 5-10 years).

It is more convenient to use encfs or analogues - in general, file encryption. Encrypt the folder and sync it with the cloud. Of the simple options - Boxcryptor classic (the free version encrypts one folder, which is enough for most applications). Of the minuses - for some reason, the client for Android stopped working some time ago, so you need a PC to work with files. The folder itself is encrypted, the decrypted version is mounted as a virtual disk, it is convenient to work with it.
