How to search ubuntu files by address without terminal?

I need to be able to enter the path to a folder or file and open it without any problems without using a terminal.

You can press win and enter a name there, the search should suggest existing files/folders. If they are not found, go to the settings, select search there, add the directories that need to be indexed in the file search.
