How to search for a place on the map using custom coordinates in the application?

I am writing a learning task - a list web application in which the user adds his locations with some properties and coordinates. Never worked with cards before, so any kick in the right direction will help. Part of the question to which the question relates:

When clicking on a location in the list, the user can choose whether to see the item's properties or view it on an actual map (using Google Maps or a similar service).
You can select coordinates from the map service and do not enter manually.

Tell me the direction, how to implement these two points (view on the map, and enter coordinates from the map)?
