How to search by row in Google Sheets?

I've always wanted to do something like this, but I just couldn't figure out how to make such abracadabra.
How to make any function work (for example, Max) and in which row it found this maximum value, would display any information from this row.
I am doing a fishing diary, so to speak, and it could be done so that, for example, if you make a formula for the Max number of catch range, then you can show the acceptable temperature in this row or any other line from this row from the row with this catch. I hope I got it right, thanks in advance.

1) Find the target value (minimum, maximum or whatever)
2) Find that value with MATCH ()
Like this:
=ПОИСКПОЗ(МАКС(A:A);A:A;0)
