How to scatter several different networks to different programs separately?

Greetings!
Please tell me, there are several separate networks with Internet access:

How can each individual network be tied to a specific program? For example, the conn
network is for using Google Chrome, and the second network is for using Mozilla Firefox. Virtualization is not suitable. I know and use how to do this through virtualization, the solution is interesting for just one system.

Under Linux, this can be done based on the network namespace. https://habr.com/ru/post/123140/

1. Raise a proxy in each of the subnets, and configure programs to use them.
2. Google and find the program for what you want - https://r1ch.net/projects/forcebindip

This is not possible with Windows tools. And no one has heard of software for this. But it all depends on the purpose for which it is needed. Perhaps there are more sane and simpler solutions.

Just raise the proxy. In theory, milking this is enough for any virtual machine with 512 RAM ...
Debian / ubuntu server there and that's it ....
Even this is not particularly resource-intensive

@damprog

shadowsocks via MinGW
and run with i
ss-server .... -i second
and firefox into it
