How to scan on linux based thin client?
Good afternoon. There is an idea to transfer all employees in the regions to thin clients based on ubuntu. We made a system that boots via PXE, freerdp is installed there and clients connect to the terminal server in the main DC. Plugging in the forwarding of scanners. There is software that works with TWAIN scanners. SaneTwain - does not support x64 systems. I tried SANEWinDS , there is a huge load on the channel and remote points will not be extended by this option. Maybe there are some other options so that you can scan and so that the channel does not load so much?
