How to scan network 192.168 in Cain&Abel?
There was a need to see the traffic of a smartphone connected via a Wi-fi router. The fact is that when data transfer is on, the smart starts to eat a lot of battery, and I did not see any visible programs working with the network. Since I am not an expert in this matter, I googled and found this article https://www.rf-cheats.ru/forum/showthread.php?t=107375. In one of the pictures, the author showed that to get a list of devices on a subnet, you need to switch to the Sniffer tab and click "+". At the same time, the author shows the subnet range 192.168.0.1 - 192.168.0.254 (as in theory it should be), but I get something completely different: It
doesn’t allow you to select the range 192, it automatically fixes it to 191. Just in case, I attach a configuration screen
Maybe the problem is in WinPCap? Cain cursed me when installing winpcap on an incompatible version of Windows (I have 10x64). Tell me, pliz, who knows how to deal with this. I know that there are other tools, Wireshark, Fiddler, but I would like to deal with this particular program.

all host in my subnet -> 192.168.0.0/16
No, the problem here is the lack of minimal knowledge of networks.
