Are analogues of Windows programs for Android safe?
For example, there's Keepass for Windows by Dominik Reichl, and its relatively popular alternative, Keepass2Android, but from a different developer. Both applications are distributed free of charge and are, according to the authors, open source. Question. Can Keepass2Android be considered an equivalent alternative to Keepass in terms of security?

Under android, applications only from F-droid are safe .
The same applications installed from all other places, I personally consider unsafe.
It is also worth considering that if you have a rooted android, any application installed not from F-droid will automatically compromise all the information stored on the device.
For safety, first of all, it is necessary to remove GAPPS and everything Google-vs, leaving the AOSP build clean from blobs, then remove proprietary drivers and other vendor junk.
