How to scale xls file when converting to PDF via Libreoffice?

I am converting an Excell file on the server via Libreoffice. If the Excell sheet is too wide, then the right side is transferred to the next page of the pdf document. How can Excell be scaled in width so that it fits completely on the generated pdf? Well, or at least how to make a landscape orientation, maybe someone knows?
