In the last Photoshop (CC) we made a very convenient window with editing rounded corners.

When scaling a vector object, the properties are preserved rather than scaled proportionally.
But what if I want them to grow proportionally when scaled?
In Illustrator, for example, there is such a thing

You can add a point anywhere using the Pen Tool, after which the shape is no longer a rounded rectangle.
