How to create a design studio with minimal financial resources. What is needed for this? There is a group of people who are ready to work in it.

You can’t take (and don’t do) big projects without experience or connections, and in pursuit of small ones you will work 24/7 and receive half the salary of a cell phone store manager.
If it burns straight, find the first client and attract specialists as needed.
