How to save xinput property value?

Good afternoon, I have such a problem - I can not save the value of the libinput property for the touchpad.

I found a solution on the Internet - I created a file 99-libinput.confin the directory . I /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d

wrote the following in it:

Section "InputClass"
        Identifier "libinput some touchpad catchall"
MatchDevicePath "/dev/input/event7" # Путь до файла обозначающего тачпад из xinput list-props
        Option "DisableWhileTyping" "0"
EndSection

I tried to change the name of the property and change the value to false, and to False, nothing helps, after restarting the laptop, the property value changes back to 1 (True), I have not tried it yet. Maybe someone can help?
Thanks in advance.

And if you just put read-only rights on the file?
