How to save the full texts of articles?

I want to start collecting a knowledge base with full texts of articles. Often urls disappear, are deleted, hosts die.
We need the ability to quickly save the entire content of the article - text + pictures + video.
What services/software can do this?

I save it in evernote, even if it dies, there is a local copy and somehow it will be possible to pull out all the data, but it’s so simple and convenient. And browser plugins for cleaning and saving articles in 1 click make the task very easy.

Manually, in Firefox, in mht format with help. Unmht addons, cutting out with WebpageEditableSwitch.
