How to save the folder structure of a network or external hard drive locally?
I work mainly with a WD my cloud network drive and a bunch of external 1tb each, I would like to have a program that would scan folder names to a given depth and show their structure and size. So that you can evaluate the contents of disks without connecting them.
Recommend a convenient program for mac or windows,

Windows - tree
Linux - tree
MAC - I think it's the same
Convenient? Depending on what you understand by the word convenience.
For Linux, which is inside WD, I wrote a bash and python script that displays the contents of directories in an identical form as the DIR command. My friend needed this for a plugin for FAR Manager to work with this file in offline mode. Directly walk through the file as if it were a live folder on a disk. Maybe you need something similar. I can ask if needed.
