How to save settings in Photoshop?

I always set it to zoom when scrolling with the wheel, and I translate everything into pixels! But when I go again, everything is reset! How to fix?

Do you happen to have a portable version? For a full-fledged version of Flash, this is abnormal behavior, the settings should be saved automatically without any additional manipulations.
