How to save positions?

Good afternoon, there is an information site on Joomla 1.5. There are about 200 articles and so far he has good positions in Yandex. We have made a new website. New design, new layout, new Joomla 3.8 and moved articles. However, the URLs have changed even though the domain is the same.
If earlier it was
sitename.ru/index.php?option=com_content&view=arti...
Now the CNC is already working and the same article has the following address
http:/sitename.ru/index.php/category/id-category&-category/ id-material-cpumaterial So the
URL has completely changed. Only the sitename is the same. Do I need to redirect to save the position? All 200+ articles? Or is there an easier way

calmer canonical on the old one on the URLs on the new one, if the old one is still alive - then the search engines themselves will replace the
redirect sometimes - if the diz is somehow incomprehensible - it can lead to a crash and you have to wait

A 301 redirect is needed, but positions may temporarily deteriorate anyway. However, then if the site has become better, then the positions will be higher than before.

Redirecting all pages is the only correct way out
