How to save points in the leaderboard for each individual level in Facebook?

I want to make it like in Candy Crush Saga - leaderboards for each individual level for Facebook users, but in the API you can save only for the whole game at once.
How to implement it? Does anyone know how Candy Crash Saga did it?
