How to make a link to facebook / vk so that it opens in the application?

Hello!
It seems like a simple question, but the answer is not obvious)
There is a website, I need to put a link to my profile in FB / VK there so that people from mobile devices (android & iphone) open the application when they go, and not the browser.
Similar to how market:// links are opened by Google Play.
Is it possible to link like this?
