As far as I know, no way. Profiles placed in the corresponding folder are still displayed only in the full list of the category in which it was created (for example, you created a document based on a preset from "Web", where it will then be shown, moreover, at the very end). If you need to frequently switch between saved document profiles, then it's easier in my opinion to turn on the old screen for creating a new file.
