How to save data after editing MySQL config

Corrected MySQL configs on VDS. All databases immediately collapsed, MySQL cursed at incorrect data in frm files. I read that this is normal, it was necessary to immediately configure it as needed, now only dump-import.
I would like to ask those who know how it is possible to restore the bases without unnecessary gestures? It’s kind of reluctant to manually dump 30+ databases and then import it back. Any tips?

Well, you can not manually, but with a script. Because practice shows that REPAIR TABLE does not always work.

try mysqlcheck database_name
.
About manual work ... You need to write a script, no more ...

A good rule - very often helped (!!!) ...
