How to save an .svg image without increasing its size?
Editing HTML banner. I made edits in the image with .svg resolution, but when saving (exporting) the image, the file automatically becomes several times larger (physically, and not the weight in mb), which is why it is not displayed correctly in the banner. works on the principle of a sprite from which separate parts are displayed in turn.
I'm working on the image in illustrator.
I ask for help - how to correctly save the changes without increasing the image?
Thank you.

The answer is found - when saving, you must uncheck the "adaptive svg" item in the add. settings, and then the file is saved in its original size.
If I understand correctly, just edit the size in css, because svg is a dimensionless value
