How to save an HTML block in pdf and prompt the user to download it?

Tried to use jsPDF - doesn't recognize Cyrillic and + doesn't render block completely.
I tried pdfmake, but as far as I understand, it does not render the page itself, but you need to parse everything from the page yourself and write it there.
I also tried via the API, but this option was rejected by the customer. 150 requests per month are available in the standard plan.
Is there an option to simply specify the required block, and get a pdf at the output without any extra troubles?
