How to save a project in Unity?

Tell me how to save the project in Unity so that later I can continue working with it, what and where to click? And then how to open it again what to press? I recently saved the project, I try to open it, it gives an error
. Maybe I saved it incorrectly, what could be the reason?

All files, models, sprites, scripts, etc. are saved by themselves, the only thing you need to save is the open scene, save it as everywhere ctrl + s or prompt when closing the project.
