There is such a function in sublime text, I did not find it in brackets.

The only question is, do you really need it? I used to use such a thing myself, but only until I switched to batch assembly of the project. Believe me, as soon as you start working seriously with watcher and browser-sync, you will disable this thing yourself. Just get in the habit of pressing ctrl-s. Now I don’t even notice how I press this combination.
