How to safely use pirated software?

Suppose that (by sheer negligence) I installed pirated software (or, even worse, installed pirated Windows). How can I clean my PC from viruses, spies, botnets and other evil? Now I use only antivirus and firewall. It would be nice if there is some wonderful way to protect your computer from everything. Well, except for using a license and computer literacy :)

Pirated software and Windows!= viruses and spyware. Of course, this is an interesting tectonic shift in consciousness that has occurred recently - everyone believes that pirates are certainly viruses, clickjackers, bots, etc. won't save you from the virus.
