How to safely use personal accounts on unverified computers?
The situation is that for some time I will have to log into my personal accounts from a public computer (provided by the owner of the apartment that I rented on Airbnb). Already now in history, I see that from it they went to all kinds of sites with quite understandable content, tried to watch movies online (it’s also not clear on which sites), surfed all sorts of game. But Dr.Web 12 with a valid license is installed on the computer, and, it seems, there are no viruses on the computer. But it's still scary.
Tell me what should I do so that I can safely use my accounts from this computer? Maybe some free software? I can install anything on this computer.

On the axis of the host - no way. It's better to think that there is a lot of virus that tracks your every step (especially if you live not alone, but your computer has a camera - the world is full of home porno lovers)
Only download from LiveCD with saving the results, if necessary.
you carry Windows on a USB flash drive (more difficult) or boot
Linux, use
1. Accounts with 2FA - that's it anyway!
SMS, Google Authenticator, usb-token, etc.
2. A flash drive with a physical switch to Read-Only with an encrypted partition for loading the operating system. Loading OSes - only through step 1!
3. Data - on another flash drive in a crypt container, which is opened by the program from the 1st flash drive.
It's minimum!
It is desirable to the above: your usb-hub, keyboard, mouse.
Connect everything only to your hub, and it is STRICTLY! into the USB port at the REAR! to the motherboard. No front/other connections.
