How to Russify the VMware View HTML Access interface?

Good afternoon. Recently took up the issue of virtualization of workstations. Successfully deployed VDI based on VMware Horizon View 5.5 with HTML Access and ran into the following issues:
1. The HTML Access web interface users are using is entirely in English.
2. Users sitting in the network of an organization with a cut off Internet cannot download the View Client from the link provided in the HTML Access interface, since it leads to the VMware website.
Having rummaged through the files of the installed HTML Access, I found two files portal.war and view-client.war in which the very structure of the site lies. What files will I need to edit and how do I pack everything back into WAR format?
