How to run Webdav server on Windows 10 Home?

Fulfilled all the instructions https://skesov.ru/kak-sozdat-webdav-server-sredstv...
When executing the "net use * localhost " command on the server, it gives "System error 67
Network name not found". You can enter http: // (ip) in the explorer and it transfers files to the browser with a web interface, through it you can open everything, see it. How to set up a WebDAV server so that the client can work through the file system? Or what are some easy ways to transfer files from one PC to another on a local network.

An easy way to transfer data on a local network is to use shared folders. I doubt that the Home Edition will allow you to raise the webdav server (but I do not exclude this).

Well, if IIS does not take off, you can always find an analogue, for example, in python: https://github.com/mar10/wsgidav
