How to run the program from different PCs with the same IP?

Good evening gentlemen.

I need help with this:
- Given
1) I have my personal PC, I created 5 windows windows through WMware.
2) A program that allows the use of a license of a certain program up to 5 windows, but only through the same IP for all windows

- Task
1) I need to make sure that I can run this program 1 window per 1 PC, that is, 5 different windows, but IP must be the same on all PCs or on all Windows.

Is it possible how? Maybe there is some program for this?
