How to identify a personal computer error?
We bought several PCs and everyone has the same problem ... The computer freezes for no reason (there is a load on it, there is no load - it doesn't matter), that even the restart button does not work. Only holding down the power button helps turn it off. Blue screen - no, just Winsit. And so the question is: Is there any way or program that monitors all PC actions (logging, etc.), so that later, at the next freeze, I could determine where to dig and what could be the problem, in hardware or in ON

If new computers, repair under warranty. If not new, then testing the memory, storage media, power supply, cooling system, motherboard, software.
As already written above, look in the OS system log. But perhaps she does not have time to write information about errors in the log.
Most likely some kind of memory problem, I had the same problem after assembling the PC, rearranged the RAM bars in places and everything was fixed.
