How to run the bind DNS server as a specific user?

Hello! There is a server with Debian 8 and installed BIND. Question: how to start the DNS server on behalf of a specific user (not root and not bind)?

To be honest, I don't remember if there is such a setting in named.conf, but 'named' has options to run under a specific user and group - '-u' and '-g' respectively.
So. I would look in /etc/default, maybe there is a corresponding configuration file where you can specify this.
