How to run Steam in Big Picture mode on a second monitor?

Friends, maybe someone knows the solution?
Unable to run Steam client in Big Picture mode on a second monitor. It is also impossible to run the game in full screen mode on the second monitor. In both cases, the fullscreen application window is automatically transferred to the monitor installed in the system as the main one (Windows). So before you play on the projector, you have to assign it as the main one, and then return everything back. This is not convenient for a number of reasons: the resolution of the monitor and the projector is different and the location of shortcuts on the desktop moves out, and so on and so forth.
Does anyone have a solution, or at least a genuine answer, that this is impossible in principle?

You need to install a multi-user Windows extension that completely separates screens and Windows I/O. For Steam specific, see steamcommunity.com/groups/homestream/discussions/0...
