How to run sphinx daemon with config?

I'm trying to run sphinx on centos 7. I run the indexer like this: indexer --all --config /etc/sphinx/conf.sh --rotate. I just have a few configs there (each site has its own). But I don’t know and I can’t find anywhere how to specify the config for the service at startup ??? I write: service searchd start, and he swears to me in the logs that there are no indexes in the config - which is true. I don't have indexes in the main config, that's why I specify the script when starting the indexer... Tell me what to do?

draw some scripts.
for example, copy the original file and change the file name and write the desired launch line inside (that is, with the desired config).
there are no in-script options in service.
there is an emnip in sysytemd.
