Is there a hybrid between Twitter and Toodulist?

Tell me, maybe there is a hybrid of Twitter and Tudulist?

The point is - I am writing a project for myself, maybe there is already such a bike?

If I finish, I'll post it in Open Source.

What problems does it solve
- people write to me in different channels: mail, ICQ, phone
- you sit at a meeting, write abstracts in a notebook. and from there again you form tasks.

Solution - BBTwit (business 2 business twit) Stupidly
notepad, where
- you can write messages no more than 150 characters long
- any message can be raised to the top
- any message can be written to another user on the page a la the wall (autocomplete by nickname)
- you can give everyone a link to your page so that people write there. wrap all mails from asec telephones, form a queue
- simple two recording states - done (gray) and not done (black)
- it’s written cool inside, IoC, templates, OOP with patterns. I want to share so that anyone can finish it for themselves.

A very cool thing should turn out. I haven't seen anything similar on the internet yet. So I'm asking - maybe it already exists, I'm looking badly?
