How to run regular software on windows cluster?

Let's say 2 system units are connected directly via InfiniBand, say 40G. They either have some kind of hypervisor, and on top of it a venda, or an HPC venda. And on all this economy, the usual software is running up to the processor and memory.
I tried googling. But the answer to this question has not been found. Everything found - it was a specific software. And I have a simple binary capable of utilizing any number of cores and memory (I checked for 32 cores and 512 memory, I ate it and did not choke).
In general, is this possible? Or is it fiction and forget at all?
InfiniBand 40G (directly between two nodes) is it too slow?

Slow, but not in terms of speed, but in terms of latency (response time).
Infiniband has an average RTT of 5 microseconds (that's 5/1,000,000 seconds), while RAM counts in nanoseconds (usually less than a dozen) - that's 1/1,000.000.000 seconds.
Those. the difference is about a thousand times in access speed.
Moreover, the latency of the processor cache is even less.
Well, this is omitting questions about the lack of publicly available software that allows you to stretch the system (especially windows, nixes can be poorly stretched, although it will work slowly) transparently on 2 pieces of iron.
