There is a Windows administrator account, freshly installed postgres. You need to start the Database Server. I write "postgres -h localhost", and he tells me in response that it cannot be run under an administrator account.

At the same time, you need to run it under the administrator account.

How to do it? Any methods that do not require manipulation with Windows accounts (net, runas, and others).
