How to run OSX guest on ESXi hypervisor installed on MacMini 8.1?

Hey! Looking for a good OSX virtualization option. We also decided to try to run OSX as a guest machine on an ESXi installed on a MacMini (ESXi is supported - https://blogs.vmware.com/vsphere/2019/08/apple-mac... ESXi started up without problems, as a Datastore the NFS share is hooked up.. A guest machine has been created which will slip the installation disk with Mojave .... as a result, the virtual machine starts to boot and in the middle of loading it goes into a permanent restart ....
I don’t want to install Unlocker on ESXi in this case, because I’m looking for the most white way to start without hacks etc.
I would be grateful for a hint - where to dig?Or an alternative suggestion that allows you to run several poppy virtual machines on a poppy with minimal loss of resources on overhead.

Of the virtual machines in macOS, there is also VirtualBox and Parallels Desktop.

This can be done in Proxmox. But with a tambourine. But no cracks.
