Is it possible to run the "Orion Pro" workstation on the server and have access to its graphical interface from a browser (as a "thin client") from the operator's computer?

If you need it for everyday work, then Orion has a standard "Operational Task Monitor". When buying, it is in the license by default. Not demanding. Spin even on P4 with a gig of RAM.
If there is no Windows, then try running the Monitor on Wine.
