How to run Open server as administrator?

There was an old version 5.2.2 At startup, it asked for administrator rights, confirmed it, it started working. Installed a new one - 5.3.8. At startup, it does not ask for administrator rights, but when trying to connect to MySQL, it refuses access with exactly the same settings as in the old one. I think it's all about rights. How to make 5.3.8 work like the old one?
