How to run nodejs on windows 7?

Nodejs seems to have successfully installed before. Judging by the command line, the server is running. In Sumlime I created a file Server,js.
On the day of installing everything, the application worked through the browser, a week passed and I forgot a bit how to launch it. Now I can’t run the Application through Node.js on Windows 7 in any way.
