How to run mysql_upgrade command?
I switched to a new version of MySQL , and in the database it gives an error:
Your privilege table structure seems to be older than this MySQL version!
Please run the mysql_upgrade command(mysql_fix_privilege_tables on older systems) that should be included in your MySQL server distribution to solve this problem!
How to upgrade it? Where to enter the command ( in what directory ) ?
OpenServer / Windows 7
If you drive into the OpenServer file, or in the project directory, the SQL module, it gives an error:
Looking for 'mysql.exe' as: C:\Users\BonBonS\Desktop\OpenServer\modules\database\MySQL-5.6\bin \mysql.exe
Looking for 'mysqlcheck.exe' as: C:\Users\BonBonS\Desktop\OpenServer\modules\database\MySQL-5.6\bin\mysqlcheck.exe
Error: Server version (5.7.13-log) does not match with the version of
the server (5.6.31) with which this program was built/distributed. You can
use --skip-version-check to skip this check.
FATAL ERROR: Upgrade failed
