How to run multiple Telegram instances?

I can’t figure out how to run 2 telegrams with different accounts at the same time? On stackoverflow, everyone advises this as a solution, but it does not work.
Downloads/Telegram/Telegram -many -workdir /user1
Downloads/Telegram/Telegram -many -workdir /user2
Two windows open, but they remain connected. Those. Action in one window is reflected in another. I can't use 2 accounts like this.
