How to run multiple independent instances of Chrome at the same time with different user profiles?

On duty, it became necessary to do a little SMM, separate working accounts were created for all the main social networks (so as not to tie anything to a personal account and then normally "pass the watch" when the time comes), you need to work with them in parallel with your personal ones. Accordingly, the question is how to create a separate Chrome window in which to log in with other accounts (plus a slightly different set of extensions, preferably), without logging out of your own basically. You can, of course, use another browser such as IE or Opera, for some individual social networks there seem to be some separate browser extensions for working with several accounts, but I personally see everything as crutches, I would like to make a full-fledged separate Chrome.
I also don't want to use the standard Windows/Linux system function to launch an application on behalf of another user. I strongly prefer to use portable and store all data in the directory with the program, and not in Application Data.
