How to run medical ads in Adwords?

Good afternoon!
Launched advertising campaigns in adwords for a dental clinic. Subject: teeth whitening, prosthetics, etc.
Adwords approved ads, but with restrictions on display (US and Canada only). Those shows in Russia do not go.
Check the "request exceptions" checkbox.
Maybe someone faced a similar problem? Please share your experience!

Medical topics in Google Adwords in Russia are advertised only with restrictions on ads. In particular, it is not allowed to indicate the names of services in the texts of advertisements, but it is possible to advertise the clinic as a whole. That is, write in ads not about specific services, but about the clinic as an institution. For more details, you can discuss with the technical support service, they can sometimes even advise options for your clinic.
Also, full-fledged advertising in the Google Adwords Display Network will not be available to you.
